AAT3200IGY-3.0-T1 is a low dropout linear regulator from the Panasonic line of integrated-circuit voltage regulators. Working Principle
The AAT3200IGY-3.0-T1 utilizes a topology that is a combination of series and shunt regulator, which eliminates output voltage droop resulting from increased load current. The output voltage is regulated using a control amplifier and an external N-channel MOSFET.
