ACPM-7620-CV1 is designed as a general purpose three phase current transformer and voltage transformer. It is used for monitoring and protection purpose of equipment related to load side of distribution substation, or other power station. This product is mainly classified into Miscellaneous category.The principle of ACPM-7620-CV1 is composed of three parts: the primary side, secondary side and connecting side. On the primary side, the high voltage three-phase current flows through the three-phase core, forming a magnetic flux. The ratio between the primary current and the secondary current is equal to the rated turn ratio of the transformer. The secondary winding with small resistance is placed outside the iron core, and the secondary current is smoothed out. On the connecting side, there is a lead outlet, which is connected to the power surface device and receives an alarm signal.The ACPM-7620-CV1 current transformer is mainly composed of a three-phase iron core, high-voltage line, current transformer core, secondary winding, enclosure and lead outlet. Firstly, the external three phases of ACPM-7620-CV1 respond in turn with several high-voltage lines. The terminal connection between the primary and secondary sides adopts a small resistance coil, and the output signal of the secondary side is also very small. Before the primary side current flows through the iron core, the iron core is magnetized. The generated magnetic flux causes the secondary coil to generate a secondary induced current. Secondly, the primary and secondary sides are electrically insulated between each other, while isolated from each other. Finally, the signal of the secondary side is connected to the contact measuring or display instrument or protection device through lead outlet.The application of ACPM-7620-CV1 is very wide, especially in low voltage switchgear and AC/DC drive systems. It is used for monitoring and protection purposes in the load side of distribution substations or other power stations. It can monitor the grid voltage, current and other parameters, and also regulate the current and power factor according to customer needs. The transformer can be used to guard against overload and short circuit or earth leakage current, and to send an alarm in case of unusual condition.
