The AD669ARZ is a high-performance 8-bit Digital to Analog Converter (DAC). It offers a number of features which make it suitable for use in data acquisition applications. In particular, it provides very low step size distortion, with a maximum step size distortion of 0.1%. It also has a fast settling time of 1 microsecond and an excellent linearity of 0.1%.

The AD669ARZ is available in a number of package types, including a plastic dual in-line (DIP), a leadframe surface-mount (LSM), and a quad flat-pack (QFP). Furthermore, it is available in temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C.
