The AD7399BR is a high-performance, 10-bit serial input digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that offers versatile performance capabilities. It is housed in a small 4-lead SOT-23 package and is designed for use in a wide range of applications. The AD7399BR controlled analog output can be used to drive signals for analog control, monitoring systems and precision measurements.

The AD7399BR offers excellent resolution and linearity performance, with a voltage span of 2.5 V and an output of 10 bits (1/1024 of the span). This combined with the 12 µV resolution makes the AD7399BR ideal for applications such as digital-to-analog conversion, professional audio, machine control, and industrial applications. The AD7399BR also features a versatile settling time, ranging from 8 µs to 1 ms. This allows for a faster response time than traditional DACs, making it suitable for high-speed applications.

The AD7399BR can operate in either unipolar or bipolar modes. In unipolar mode, the output voltage is dependent on the digital input and the voltage reference, while in bipolar mode, the output voltage is dependent on the digital input, the negative reference voltage, and the positive reference voltage.
