It is designed for applications from DC up to 80 MHz, such as monitoring and controlling signals over wide frequency ranges in RF communication systems, tracking filters, communications processors, and wireless systems.

The amplifier in the AD8362ARU is a two-stage design with an additional diode-connected transistor. It is capable of providing high-level of gain and wide frequency response while maintaining high linearity, low noise, and low distortion (THD+N often below 0.1%). The compensated frequency range is DC to 40 MHz, with -3dB bandwidth of approximately 65 MHz.
