The AD8567ACPZ-REEL is a high-performance, low-noise, Quad Rail-to-Rail CMOS Operational Amplifier from Analog Devices (AD). It is designed for use in precision, precision-change instrumentation, and video applications where both rail-to-rail input and output swings are required for single supply operation.
The AD8567ACPZ-REEL features a patented offset correction circuit which enables excellent accuracy and stability over a wide temperature range. The devices also have a wide input common-mode range and high slew rates making them suitable devices for many high-performance applications.
Working Principle
The AD8567ACPZ-REEL is a four-section quad op-amp operating on a single supply voltage and is available in a 10-lead (MSOP) and 16-lead (PDIP) package. The device has excellent rail-to-rail input and output swing for single supply applications and very low typical input offset voltage. A patent pending offset correction feature allows for stability over temperature and line variation.
The device will operate from dual or single supplies of 2.7V to 5.5V and a minimum of ±2.4V for dual supplies. The input common-mode voltage range is 0V to the positive supply voltage. The input stage employs noise suppression techniques which are used to optimize the CMRR performance. The output stage provides rail-to-rail output capability varying between the supply rails.
The AD8567ACPZ-REEL is ideal for precision applications where optimum accuracy, low-noise, low drift, and fast slewing is desired. It can be used in circuits such as DC reference, active filters, active load applications and actuator control. The output can either be pulse or DC mode and can be used on a wide variety of applications including medical instruments, battery charger control, LED dimming and light control, instrumentation amplifiers, vibration sensing and other process control.
