Data Acquisition - Analog to Digital Converters (ADC) are used to convert analog signals into digital signals. The AD9467BCPZ-200 is a low power, 16-bit sigma delta ADC targeted at high resolution applications including Industrial and Consumer applications. This ADC offers excellent dynamic performance while consuming low power. It provides high-speed and high-resolution data acquisition applications with its low-power performance.
The AD9467BCPZ-200 is a 16-bit sigma delta ADC with sampling rates up to 6Msps. It consists of an integrated comparator and a digital sigma-delta modulator. The ADC is capable of providing excellent AC and DC performance in a wide variety of applications such as data acquisition systems, signal generation and energy meter applications. It is capable of delivering 16-bit resolution at 3Msps and 14bit resolution at 6Msps with an SNR of up to 93dBFS.
The main features of the AD9467BCPZ-200 include a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR of 93dBFS), low power consumption (6.8mW at 3Msps), low latency (1clock cycle), low jitter (77fs jitter), wide signal bandwidth (2.2MHz analogue & digital inputs), comprehensive file support, flexible input range and wide frequency range. It has a wide parallel data bus size (16,32 or 48 bits) and has internal clock generation. The ADC also supports multiple clock configurations, making it ideal for use with a wide variety of microprocessors and signal processing systems.
