ADA4622-2ARMZ is a two operational amplifiers (OPA) designed to fit in linear, amplification, instrumentation, operational (OP) amps, buffer amplifiers and other applications. It is provided in a tiny, small package of 3 mm x 3 mm and its outputs can drive up to 20 mA into capacitive loads. It provides low power consumption of only 1.5 mA/unit (at 1 ms settling time). It also includes a wide-open-loop gain of up to 100 V/mV.

The ADA4622-2ARMZ is specifically designed to provide excellent precision AC and DC performance. It features a high offset voltage of only 0.2 mV (typical) and has a low input bias current of 0.1 pA (typical) and high common-mode rejection ratio of 84 dB (typical). It allows for rail-to-rail input and output capability and is stable with capacitive loads as high as 1000 pF. It also has a very low quiescent current of only 1.2 mA and an extended voltage range of 5 V to 32 V.

The ADA4622-2ARMZ has very low temperature coefficient, with its offset voltage dropping by 2 mV/°C. The OPA also comes with excellent signal-to-noise ratio, a sigma-delta ADC and GSM/EDGE level accuracy. It also has good heat dissipation which allows it to be used in extended temperature range.
