1. Describe

The ADC128D818CIMTX/NOPB I2C system monitor is designed for maximum flexibility. The system monitor can be configured as single-ended and/or pseudo-differential inputs. An onboard temperature sensor combined with a watchdog window comparator and interrupt output pin, INT, helps monitor each channel and issue out-of-range alerts. High-performance internal benchmarks are also available to provide a complete solution under the most difficult operating conditions. The 12-bit delta-sigma ADC supports ADC128D818 standard mode (Sm, 100 kbps) and fast mode (Fm, 400 kbps) I2C interface. The ADC128D818 includes a sequencer for controlling channel conversions and stores all conversion results in separate registers for easy microprocessor retrieval. Unused channels can be turned off individually to save power.
