The ADG701LBRT-REEL7 is a low-voltage, low-power, CMOS, single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) analog switch that provides high performance and low on-state resistance. It is designed to operate from a single +2.7V to +3.3V supply and is optimized for hot plug and dual supply systems. The switch is designed to include a latch and provides break-before-make switching to avoid momentary contact between the input and output nodes during switching.
