Working Principle
The ADG702LBRM-REEL is a single-supply, low-power, CMOS analog switch. Its operation is based on an ON/OFF switch action provided by two separate complementary transistors, one PMOS and one NMOS. This switch is controlled by a single TTL logic signal, which is generated externally.
When the logic signal is HIGH, the POLARITY of the input signal determines which transistor will be turned ON. If the voltage at the control signal port is a negative voltage, the PMOS transistor will be turned ON. In this scenario, the drain of the PMOS will be connected to the source of the NMOS and the output will be connected to the drain of the PMOS.
