ADG783BCPZ

The ADG783BCPZ is an analog switch, multiplexer, and demultiplexer. It has two single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switches and one small-signal multiplexer and demultiplexer which perform functions such as analog or digital multiplexing, analog or digital demultiplexing, and digital switching. The ADG783BCPZ can be used in a variety of applications including digital or analog signal muxing, audio signal switching, and system level digital switching.

The device is designed to operate from a single power supply between 1.8V and 3.6V and offers 3 dB typ bandwidth up to 600 MHz and -1.5 dB typ insertion loss at 450 MHz. The fast settling time and low charge injection make it suitable for high speed data applications. The device is ESD protected at +2kV contact discharge, +/-500V human body model, and +/-200V machine model.

The device operates on the principle of multiplexing and demultiplexing. It is made up of four SPDT switches and two multiplexers and demultiplexers. The device features low power dissipation and high speed, making it suitable for high throughput digital applications. It is available in a 28-pin TQFP package and is rated for an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
