RF Amplifiers
ADL5335ACPZN is a wideband, ultra-low power RF amplifier developed by Analog Devices, Inc. It is intended for use in applications such as radio receivers, transmitters, test instruments, and medical devices. This amplifier features an input and output impedance of 50Ω, and a gain of 46-52 dB. This amplifier features a wide operating range of 900 to 3300 MHz, and a low noise figure of 0.5 dB.The ADL5335ACPZN is a monolithic integrated circuit (MIC) amplifier with a built-in amplifier bias network that eliminates the need for an external bias tee and/or blocking capacitor. It also includes an adjustable, crystal oscillator-based supply voltage regulator that provides a regulated supply voltage for the device.The device utilizes an input transformer that is matched to a nominal 50 ohm resistive load and provides a total of 17dB of gain when operated at the optimum bias. Additionally, the device includes a temperature-compensated amplifier, which ensures that the gain remains constant over a wide temperature range.The device\'s high-performance RF performance is largely attributable to its high linearity and extremely low noise figure.
