PMIC - Supervisors

The ADM6315-26D2ARTZRL is an advanced, three-pin micro-power Reset supervisor with adjustable reset and power-good outputs optimized for portable, low voltage consumer and industrial applications. The device is designed to monitor the power supply rail and can be used to provide reset pulses after power-up when power is first applied. The reset function can be configured to be active for any reset voltage with a wide supply voltage range to accommodate multiple system power-up sequences and keeps the reset active for adjustable reset timeout periods. The programmable power-good output can be set to be active during normal operation and to become inactive during fault conditions.

Application

The ADM6315-26D2ARTZRL is designed to monitor all system supply rails regardless of the number, type, or stability of power sources. The device provides a reset output active at a programmed reset voltage and a reset timeout period after the supply voltage drops below a programmed reset voltage. The device also contains an adjustable power-good output, which signals the state of the monitored supply voltage rails. Working Principle
