ADM690ANZ is a low-cost CMOS monitoring and Reset circuit from Analog Devices Inc which offers an extended environmental temperature range as well as comprehensive undervoltage/overvoltage monitoring features. This device is designed to provide a microprocessor or digital logic system reliable reset protection and is suitable for installation in 19- and 24-pin DIP and SOIC packages. It offers supply voltage and temperature monitoring, as well as temperature controlled output capabilities.

ADM690ANZ is a supervisor IC which monitors the power supply level and temperature. It has three monitoring systems: one monitors the power supply, one monitors the temperature, and one controls the output. This device has three power supply monitoring ranges: 0.8V to 4.5V, 0.9V to 5.5V, and 1.1V to 11V. It also supports brown-out and overvoltage protection and has an adjustable watch dog timer, adjustable supply current, and adjustable reset delay.
