Working Principle
The ADP222ACPZ-3330-R7 is a high-performance, low quiescent current linear regulator based on the BiCMOS process. It works on the principle of a voltage divider technique, where a ratio of the output to input voltage is determined by the resistor divider ratio R3/R2. A 3.2V reference from the regulator is applied to non-inverting input of the error amplifier, which then compares it to the feedback voltage at the inverting input.
