ADP2325ACPZ-R7 is a high-efficiency, low-quiescent current, single-channel DC-DC switching controller designed for space-constrained power-conversion application. This device provides best-in-class efficiency, fast transient response and low external component count which reduces overall system cost. It is suitable for a wide range of input voltages, and its integrated circuit configuration enables it to in-lieu of a system-level controller in many power topologies.
The ADP2325ACPZ-R7 is a switching controller with an integrated current limit and under voltage lockout (UVLO) functions. This device provides a direct control for an external P-channel MOSFET switch. The device has an adjustable switching frequency from 180 kHz to 2.2 MHz, which allows the user to optimize the selection of external components. Additionally, the device has a wide input voltage range from 2.5V to 18V, enabling it to be used in multiple applications. The adjustable output current limit allows the external MOSFET to be protected from over current conditions without the need for additional external components.
