It is based on the Anadigics advanced, low-loss, CMOS process and designed to offer superior Performance and High Power Port-Port Isolation.The ADRF5040BCPZ-R7 is a SP3T RF switch designed to target direct broadcast services (DBS), Cable Modem (CM), cellular wireless base-stations, WI-FI access points, distributed antenna systems (DAS), and other applications that require high power RF switch solutions. It is capable of switching signals from DC to 4.0 GHz and is fitted with three single-ended inputs and three single-ended outputs. All three ports are supplied with a common controller port that is used to enable and control the switch. The switch has a low insertion loss of 0.7dB, return loss of 20dB and high port isolation of 30dB.
