The ADUC847BCPZ62-5 is an 8-bit single-chip microcontroller with an 80C51 core processor from the Analog Devices Blackfin and SHARC family. It offers up to 1 Mbyte of Flash program memory and 256 Kbytes of I/O RAM, as well as a built-in power supply and voltage regulator.
