The ADuCM331WBCPZ is a complete, low-power, high-performance microcontroller subsystem solution with ADC core and 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 architecture based processor. It is an integrated solution with all the essential peripherals and an STDIO pin available on the baseboard. This solution requires minimal external components and offers the best performance/power ratio among all the other microcontrollers available in the market. The ADuCM331WBCPZ application field includes a broad range of embedded systems such as management and control systems, automation and motion control, measurement and audio, industrial and communications systems and consumer applications. In addition, this microcontroller is suitable for any system that requires an efficient, low-power and high-performance processor.
The ADuCM331WBCPZ features three upgraded processing cores – the 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 core, the C-programmable core, the Mathstar LS-PIC, and the Graphic Core Engine. These cores provide the processing capability needed for complex operations and applications. It also has an ADC core with an optional 12-bit resolution, which provides precise signal processing. These features support the processor in various embedded systems.
The ADuCM331WBCPZ also has several peripheral devices such as 8-bit GPIOs and UARTs, both of which can be used simultaneously. It also includes timers to measure and control time and time-critical applications, SPI, I2C and USB 2.0 to easily connect external devices, and an ADC for fine control of analog signals.
