AM26LV31ID application field and working principle

The AM26LV31ID is a level translator chip that converts TTL and CMOS IC signals for use with MOS circuits. This semiconductor integrated circuit has eight non-inverting receivers, eight open-collector inverting drivers, and an enable input.
