AOZ8807DI-05 is an ultra low capacitance TVS diode micro-assembly designed to protect high-speed data lines up to 8 A. It is used in signal communication, data transmission, and power supplies, such as in Ethernet, DVI, and USB 3.0, as well as other interface applications.

The AOZ8807DI-05 has a built-in high-speed electronic circuit that senses ESD events and surge voltage. When the normal system voltage rises above its breakdown voltage, a high-speed clamping action is triggered to reduce the voltage level to the VBR level and suppress the over-voltage transient.

Unique to the AOZ8807DI-05 is its extremely low capacitance levels. It has a typical packaged capacitance of only 0.5pF, making it ideal for utilization in high-speed communication applications and other areas where low capacitance is a critical requirement.
