The AP1115AY33G-13 is a highly integrated linear voltage regulator with very low operating current and high accurate output voltage regulation. It is designed to meet low standby current demands. This regulator is an optimum choice for applications that require low power consumption like IoT and wearable products. As a miniature power solution, the AP1115AY32G-13 also offers many features for further improvement of total system performance, such as over-temperature protection(OTP) and load-transient response.
The AP1115AY33G-13 is an ultra-low voltage linear regulator that gives a very accurate output voltage regulation. It can provide a stable output voltage with high-accuracy of ±1%. The output is available in three options - 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V. The wide Input operating voltage range from 1.8V up to 6.0V makes it suitable for many industrial applications like IoT, wearable products and many more. Furthermore, the device offers high current limit of 500mA and very low dropout voltage of 0.1V typical.
The AP1115AY33G-13 features a very low quiescent current with very high power efficiency, which makes it an ideal choice for low power applications. The device also offers a typical efficiency of 95% while operating under the recommended conditions. The device has an integrated thermal shutdown circuit that protects it against thermal overload and over temperature conditions. The AP1115AY33G-13 allows input voltage to be monitored continuously and provides a Thermal Overload Warning (TOW) output terminal.
The Output voltage of the AP1115AY33G-13 is provided through a very low ESR, low-noise, ceramic capacitor.
