Introduction
AP139-20WG-7 is a Voltage Regulator, Linear type, which RTZ Technology developed and released in 2020. It is a Perfect Isolated DC - DC Power Module, which provides isolation working environment and delivers 1W of output power with 205V to 265V of input voltage and 100mA of continuous current. The device is designed with a high-performance linear regulator for good line regulation, low supply current, low output distortion and low EMI. Working Principle
The AP139-20WG-7 is based on a linear regulator. It applies some simplified structures and technologies, such as high-frequency transistors with resistor–capacitor (RC) filters for the control circuits. It has a two-stage structure. The first stage is the pre-regulator, which is used to reduce the input voltage to a level that can be effectively regulated.
