AQV112KLA

AQV112KLA is a solid state relay (SSR) - an electrical component that can control power distribution between main and sub circuits within an electrical system. It can control current or voltage between two paths, without the usage of a mechanical switch. This type of relay consists of a triggering device, a few semiconductor components and a few other components. It is used for switching control of electrical appliances, motors, elevators and HVAC systems. It is ideal for applications that require reliable operation in harsh environments such as high temperatures and harsh vibrations.

The AQV112KLA has multiple application fields, from control in high temperature and damp environment, simple switch control, to lamp control fields. It has built-in snubber components to ensure low noise operation and long product life while under extreme high or low temperatures. Its insulation resistance is high, and can withstand any environment with a temperature range of -30 to 75°C.

The AQV112KLA works based on the principle of electrical resistance. When using the device, the electricity comes into the relay, and internally creates a potential barrier. If the corresponding current or voltage applied to the barrier is greater than the switching capability of the device, the current path will be opened and closed. The current will then flow into the system to operate a different device.

The AQV112KLA is available in a wide range of voltage and current ratings, making it suitable for most electrical applications. It can be used in both AC or DC circuit. This type of relay can handle voltages from 0V to 660VAC/600VDC, and current ratings from 6mA to 8A, with the maximum switching power of 55W.

This type of SSR is also equipped with LED indicator, allowing users to monitor its switching status. It has a compact size, typically less than 30mm, which makes it suitable for applications where the space is limited. Additionally, it is available in the form of PCB Mount, DIN Rail mount and Plug In under-voltage release models with a mounting clip.
