Introduction
AS1746-BTDT is a family of field deployed differential Analog Switches, Multiplexers and Demultiplexers. A high speed, low power, complementary field effect transistor (FET) pair is used in the switch to achieve low energy switching and a long lifetime. The process is designed using full compatibility with commercial silicon technology, allowing production cost savings, eliminating traditional integrated part costs. The use of the FET pairs provides differential go or no-go Logic Level switching of up to +2.8V. The low power logic level switching is suitable for many commercial and industrial interface requirements.
