AS1746-BTDT is a family of field deployed differential Analog Switches, Multiplexers and Demultiplexers. A high speed, low power, complementary field effect transistor (FET) pair is used in the switch to achieve low energy switching and a long lifetime. The use of the FET pairs provides differential go or no-go Logic Level switching of up to +2.8V.
