The AS1913TZ-T-Z represents a new generation of power management integrated circuit technology. The device is a highly integrated and programmable PMIC – Supervisors which offer exceptional advantage and performance over conventional designs. It provides highly accurate and fast detection of input supply voltages and fault conditions across the full range of supply voltages, and provides dynamic current limit, soft start and output voltage adjustment. This integrated circuit technology also efficiently integrates many of the functions required in a deep power down system, such as voltage comparator with hysteresis, LDO, supervisor, µP monitoring, reset outputs, brown-out detection, over-voltage detectors, watchdog timer, and temperature sensors.

The AS1913TZ-T-Z application field covers the energy management of portable applications, embedded systems, wireless access points, automotive and industrial systems, home appliances, and various types of computing devices. In addition, it is also suitable for use in low-power applications.
