AS1920-18-T is a wide range temperature supervisor IC manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is designed to provide a reset signal in response to input voltage, temperature, or a combination of both. The IC has a wide temperature operating range and can operate from -40 to +125°C. Furthermore, the IC incorporates a temperature threshold and delay circuit which is used to prevent reset from false triggers. The IC has an output delay time of up to 1.8 seconds to prevent false resets from input voltage/temperature fluctuations.

Working Principle

The AS1920-18-T is an integrated circuit (IC) that combines the functions of temperature detection, control, and protection.
