Inrush current is a phenomenon whereby a large amount of current surges into an electric circuit upon its energizing, representing an overload threat to power transmission or other components. Inrush Current Limiters (ICL) are designed to counteract the harmful effects of this high rush of current, improving the system’s efficiency and protecting delicate components.

The AS35 1R040 ICL is an innovative inrush current limiter for AC power lines. It is specially designed to provide highly effective inrush current protection with short response time and reliable operation.
