AS3518-T is a high performance, low power CODEC used in numerous digital audio applications. It provides unprecedented flexibility and integration, allowing designers to create unique user experiences. The AS3518-T has two independent data paths, each with support for 48-bit audio sampled at 48kHz and 16-bit audio sampled at 192kHz. It employs a fully programmable DSP with embedded effects algorithms for improved audio quality, as well as for use in voice recognition and speech to text applications. It provides superior analog to digital performance, with a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of up to 96dB and a total harmonic distortion (THD) of up to 0.001%.
