This strain-sensitive element is usually made up of small rubber diaphragms that expand and contract when exposed to a certain pressure. Meanwhile, the capacitance effect principle is based on the fact that there is a change in the capacitance of the pressure sensors when subjected to pressure. This change in capacitance is then read by an output signal. The accuracy of the ASDXRRX030PDAA5 pressure transducer is +/-0.25% fullscale. This accuracy is expected for the pressure ranges of 0.6-25 bar (9-360 psi). The digital output is available in 4-20mA or 9-bit SSI type. The pressure range can be altered from 0.1-25bar (1.4-360psi) and the normal working temperature of the transducer is -20 to +85ºC. It has a M12 connector with IP67 housing, thus providing a waterproof enclosure. It is RoHS compliant and meets all the safety regulations. The on-board electronics of the ASDXRRX030PDAA5 pressure transducer provide 4-20 mA output and 9-bit SSI output with high accuracy. The pressure transducer further provides multiple power supply option such as +7-35VDC, +10-30VDC, and +24VDC for powering the device. It also provides a reverse polarity function.
