AT28C256F-15TU-T memory, or Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), is a type of non-volatile memory which is used for storing data and when powered on, does not lose its contents even when power fails. This type of memory is commonly used for code storage and data storage as it retains its contents even after being powered off and also it is available in various versions with different features and capacities.

AT28C256F-15TU-T is a 256K x 8 low-power CMOS EEPROM device.
