Working principle

Data to be written first passes through an input buffer, and when it is gated out the bits which remain at the same logic state will be erased. Data is written into a row by applying high programming voltages and stimulating data write analysis. If a write operation occurs, data is then moved from the temporary storage circuit to the data latch. When this occurs, a write pulse is sent from the control logic unit to the row address demultiplexer to determine the row that the data is being written to and the voltage for programming will be applied. Finally, when all bits are written, the programmed row is again read back to check the data.
