AT49LV321-90TI has a wide voltage range with 3.0V to 5.5V, as well as single voltage operation from 4.5V to 5.5V. The memory array of AT49LV321-90TI is organized into 4096 bits with 32K bytes, with the ability to store up to 256K bits.

AT49LV321-90TI provides high speed read and program speeds to meet the real-time requirements of embedded applications. The read access time is typically 55ns with an additional 256 clock cycles and the program access time is typically 308us/8us(page mode) clock cycles.

The write/erase circuitry generates a sharp pulse in the range of 4V to 6V for programming each bit of memory when the appropriate opcode is received.
