The AT89C5130A-RDTIM are members of Atmel\'s 8-bit AVR microcontroller family, comprising of 79 single-clock instructions. The AT89C5130A-RDTIM are high performance, low power, low voltagemicrocontrollers tightly packing a mixed 8/32-bit AVR CPU, 8K EEPROM, 64/128K Bytes internal SRAM, and a full complement of peripherals.
The AT89C5130A-RDTIM is ideally suited to embedded applications such as remote control, medical, human-machine interface, industrial control and instrumentation, consumer, automotive and security. The AT89C5130A-RDTIM features an easy-to-use command set and flexibleoperating modes. It is fully programmable and upgradable, with efficient instructions for fast loops, versatile addressing modes for handling both decimal and binaryss, and extensive support for I/O operations.
The device also supports a number of advanced applications such as CAN, USB, Ethernet and RF communication, temperature sensors, improved computation time and lower operating power. AT89C5130A-RDTIM is available in various packages, including QFP-48, BGA-80 and QFN packages.
The AT89C5130A-RDTIM has two separate buses: a Program Bus and a Data Bus. The Program Bus is used when the program is being executed, while the data bus is used when the data is being read or written. The AT89C5130A-RDTIM also has a Memory Interface Unit (MIU) which allows it to access memory more efficiently than if it were to access it directly from the bus. It is also possible to access a large number of on-board peripherals, such as USARTs, SPI, PWM, and I2C. Each of these peripherals supports multiple features which allow developers to implement complex applications quickly and easily. In addition, the AT89C5130A-RDTIM has a powerful debug system, enabling developers to debug code even on the device board.
