AT90PWM316-16MUR microcontrollers are low-voltage, high-performance CMOS 8/16-bit microcontrollers with 2K/16K/64K/256K bytes of program memory, 2K/16K/32K/64K bytes of SRAM. This microcontroller has the capability of high-speed clock up to 8MHz, with 16 MIPS throughput. AT90PWM316-16MUR has 41 I/O lines, 2 USARTs, SPI bus, 2K/16K/64K/256K bytes of data storage, 2K/16K/32K/64K bytes of on-chip SRAM, 8-channel 10-bit A/D, 1-channel 10-bit D/A, and PWM and other peripherals. The AT90PWM316-16MUR is suitable for use in a range of applications, from automotive and multimedia to industrial control. This microcontroller, in particular, is well-suited for motor control applications due to its integrated PWM module. The speed and accuracy of this controller is perfect for controlling DC, brushless DC (BLDC), stepper motors. The main purpose of the AT90PWM316-16MUR microcontroller is to provide a reliable and adjustable interface between a control device and an external system. The microcontroller can be used in a range of applications such as automotive instrumentation and entertainment, robotics, and multimedia systems. Its on-chip power management unit is also suitable for energy exploration and management devices.
