The ATA5760N-TGQY is a single-chip RF receiver developed for the Medium and Low Power 1.557GHz – 1.620GHz range. It combines a Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA), an Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), an image rejection filter, and a digital receiver, all on the same die. This integrated solution eliminates the need for an external LNA, image filtering and demodulator, allowing the RF module to reduce overall size and cost. The device is capable of communicating through signals at data rates up to 11kbps. It has an extended temperature range of -40°C – 85°C.

The ATA5760N-TGQY also features an digital transmitter that enables it to operate as both a transmitter and receiver. This transmitter is capable of transmitting a standardized data package containing signature information or a pair of 32 bit authentication codes. This dual-functionality is very useful for systems requiring authentication of a keyfob or security tag. The module also includes an embedded security function, allowing it to provide additional levels of security to transmitted data.

The ATA5760N-TGQY has a high sensitivity of -106dBm, a low power consumption of 21mA, and provides a high selectivity on the Signal-to-Noise ratio (SNR) of more than 20dB at the data rate of 11kbps.
