In general, it consists of four parts, the RISC CPU, Flash program memory, High-speed data RAM and Special-function register.The RISC CPU of the ATMEGA164P-15AZ is the core of the microcontroller. It provides a clear instruction set of 31 instructions and enables users to respond quickly and accurately to special or timing events. The CPU can process instructions at a maximum speed of 16 MIPS.The Flash program memory on this MCU is used to store user programs. It also provides a debugging and programming system that can be used to enhance the precision of the user program.The High-speed Data RAM of the ATMEGA164P-15AZ can provide rapid and stable data operations, making it suitable for complex programs.
