ATMEGA169P-16AUR is an 8-bit microcontroller with 8 kB Flash memory and 512 B EEPROM which belongs to the AVR microcontroller family and is used in embedded applications. This microcontroller can be used in a variety of embedded systems in a number of different applications.

The chip was designed to allow embedded engineers to take advantage of an MT-style core while delivering the performance of the 8-bit AVR range.
