The ATSAM3X4CA-CU microcontroller is an integrated 8-bit single-chip microcontroller developed by Atmel. This MCU can be used for applications that require low power and high performance, such as automotive, industrial and consumer applications. It is part of a family of Atmel microcontrollers that includes the ATSAM3X4CA-CU and ATSAM3X8E-CU.
