The ATSAMD20J16B-ANT is a 32-bit potential microcontroller with a low power ARM Cortex-M0+ processor, integrated 802.15.4 protocol stack, and up to 132 KB Flash. It has been developed for low power wireless control and low data rate wireless applications in the 2.4GHz ISM band. This microcontroller is a member of the Atmel SAM D20 family.
