The ATTINY25-15ST1 is a microcontroller in the AVR family of Atmel microcontrollers. It is a low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontroller based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture.The ATTINY25-15ST1 is capable of addressing up to 64 Kbyte of program memory and 4 Kbyte of data memory. The microcontroller also has up to 17 I/O pins, an 8-Channel 10-bit A/D-Converter and a temperature sensor. In addition, the device has an internal oscillator and several power saving modes.The system has a suplly voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and can offer integrated voltage regulators and clock prescalers.
