The ATtiny25V-10SSNR is a low-power Flash microcontroller (MCU) by Atmel Corporation. It is a 8-bit AVR RISC-based microcontroller with a 256-byte Flash program memory, 4-Kbytes EEPROM, 128-byte SRAM, 6 general-purpose input/output (GPIO) lines and up to 14 interrupt sources. The ATtiny25V-10SSNR is designed for applications where a low-cost and low pin-count MCU is required. Some potential applications include simple data acquisition, communication protocol monitors and dedicated Controllers.

The ATtiny25V-10SSNR operates from a 1.8V to 5.5V power supply range and is optimized for low power operation. It consumes only 4.4\ µA in Active Power Saving mode and 4.2\ µA in Power-down mode. The device features programmable Watchdog Timer, which can be used to monitor system events; it runs in all sleep modes.
