The AX5051-1-TA05 is a high performance, low power RF transceiver IC. It is used in a variety of different applications, including wireless communication systems, radio frequency identification (RFID) systems, automotive applications and industrial instrumentation. This RF transceiver IC offers excellent performance, low power consumption and a wide range of features.
The AX5051-1-TA05 is designed to operate in a broad variety of frequency bands and is capable of operating in the European sub-GHz (868/915 MHz), U.S. sub-GHz (902/928 MHz), Japanese sub-GHz (950/956 MHz), and North American and European SHF (2.4/5.8 GHz) frequency bands. This RF transceiver IC is based on Direct-Conversion Architecture and has high linearity, high sensitivity, and wideband frequency operation. The AX5051-1-TA05 supports both receive and transmit operations in the same device.
This RF transceiver IC supports a range of modulation formats, such as pulse width modulation (PWM), frequency shift keying (FSK), frequency shift keying with equalizer (FSKEQ), differential pulse code modulation (DPCM), and many others. The AX5051-1-TA05 also supports a range of communication formats, such as GFSK, 4-FSK, MSK, CFSK, and QPSK. This device also has a high data rate up to 2.5 Mbps, which makes it suitable for many different applications. The AX5051-1-TA05 is designed with a low power consumption of only 20 mA, which makes it ideal for a wide range of battery-powered applications.
The AX5051-1-TA05 is equipped with an integrated 48-bit Manchester encoder/decoder for coding/decoding data frames. This device also includes a switched capacitor power amplifier which can be configured to reduce current consumption, and a crystal oscillator to provide an accurate reference frequency.
