AZ1085CS-ADJTRG1 is a programmable linear voltage regulator which consists of a voltage regulator and a current switch. This device is commonly used in communications, robotics, automotive, embedded systems and other electronic applications. It is suitable for use in any applications where voltage regulation is required. The AZ1085CS-ADJTRG1 has an on-chip voltage regulator with an adjustable tracking and output voltage. This device can be programmed to a wide range of output voltages and provides excellent power efficiency. The output voltage and current can be set via two external resistors. The on-chip voltage regulator features low dropout voltage, low output voltage ripple, low power loss and low noise. The AZ1085CS-ADJTRG1 also includes a current switch which can be used to regulate the output current. The switch is programmable and can be set to different current levels depending on the specific needs of the application. The switch can be set for a constant current, fixed current or a variable current. The AZ1085CS-ADJTRG1 is available in a variety of package sizes including SOT23-5, SOT23-6 and DIP-8. This device is capable of operating at temperatures from -40°C to 125°C. It is also RoHS compliant and low-emission compliant. The AZ1085CS-ADJTRG1 is designed to help in a number of applications such as CD, DVD, consumer electronics and set top box. It is also suitable for applications where high voltage protection is required.The AZ1085CS-ADJTRG1 also features an adjustable on-chip Power-on-Reset (PoR) circuit. This circuit is designed to ensure that the MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) of the system is maximized. The PoR circuit provides a reset signal after an adjustable delay, when the voltage exceeds the threshold voltage. The AZ1085CS-ADJTRG1 is a programmable linear voltage regulator which provides excellent performance and power efficiency. The on-chip voltage regulator can be programmed to a wide range of output voltages and the current switch can be used to regulate the output current. In addition, the device has an adjustable Power-on-Reset circuit which ensures system reliability. This device is suitable for use in any applications where voltage regulation is required, such as communications, robotics, automotive, embedded systems and other electronic applications.
