B360A-13 is a single diodes-rectifier devices with two leads like a semiconductor which comes in a TO-220 package suitable for surface mounting. It contains a single rectifier die, connected internally, with heat sink and passive components being added externally.

For rectifier applications, the B360A-13 can be used as a bridge rectifier to convert AC voltage to DC, as a freewheeling diode, or as a snubber diode. It can also be used as a Schottky rectifier for high frequency circuits, as a flyback diode, clamp diode, and for other rectifier applications. The B360A-13 can also be used as a fast recovery rectifier for rectifying higher current, but at the cost of higher reverse leakage current. It can also be used as a transient suppression diode.

The B360A-13 is a high-efficiency device that can handle peak reverse voltage (V RRM ) of up to 600V and maximum average forward current (I F(AVG) ) of up to 3A.
