BA00BC0WFP-E2 is a product series of low-dropout (LDO) linear regulators with high current ratings, low output voltages, wide input voltage ranges and high accuracy output. It provides up to 0.8V dropout at up to 1.5A output current. BA00BC0WFP-E2 also has a wide temperature range and low ripples, making it well-suited to a wide range of applications.
Application Field

Working Principle
The BA00BC0WFP-E2 is a voltage regulator with a low dropout voltage, based on a linear integration of current and output voltage across an active pass device. Its working principle is that the feedback pin monitors the output voltage and compares it with an internal reference voltage. If any voltage discrepancy occurs between the reference voltage and the output voltage, the internal control circuit, utilizing an about error amplifier, adjusts the gate voltage of the pass device, thus controlling the output voltage.
The BA00BC0WFP-E2 also incorporates foldback current limit protection to protect the linear regulator from overstress conditions and output voltage limit protection to maintain system reliability.
