BA00BC0WT is a three-terminal fixed output step-down Linear Voltage Regulator. It is a member of the family of extremely small voltage regulators. It includes internal over-temperature protection, overload protection, short-circuit protection, reverse terminal protection and output current limit protection. Due to their high ESD protection of up to 4kV, the regulators are particularly suitable for battery-powered devices.

Application Field

The BA00BC0WT is an ideal Voltage Regulator for powering applications such as: Wireless telephones, PDAs, personal digital assistants, monitoring devices, alarm systems and even automated industrial control systems.

The BA00BC0WT can supply up to a maximum of 500mA output current and has a low quiescent current of 100μA. Working Principle

The BA00BC0WT is based on the Linear Regulator topology.
