BA05CC0T

The BA05CC0T is a high performance, low dropout, linear voltage regulator designed specifically for new portable consumer device applications. It is rated for an output current up to 500mA. This tiny linear regulator works from an input voltage range from 0V to 16V and its output voltage is adjustable from 0.85V to 8V.

The BA05CC0T has an extremely low quiescent current of 40 μA and offers excellent line and load regulation. It provides protection against overload, overvoltage, over temperature and short circuit. The device provides up to 40kV/us of ESD protection and offers a very high power supply rejection ratio. This linear regulator is available in an 8pin, 3mm×3mm QFN package.
