The BA05ST series of linear voltage regulators is produced by STMicroelectronics. They are an industrial grade, low power and low voltage drop linear voltage regulators with low drop-out voltage and reference voltage. They are offered in a large range of output current and are suitable for many applications. The BA05ST series feature a PNP output transistor, low quiescent current, reverse battery protection and output current limit.

The BA05ST series is applicable to many key application fields such as automotive, consumer, computing, and communication system, industrial controllers, smart grid, home appliances and industrial process control.
